Returns and Exchanges are Easy!
We want you to be absolutely pleased with your new purchase! After you receive your merchandise, please try the item(s) on in the comfort of your own home and decide if the fit, color and style are perfect for you. In the event that you need to return or exchange your item, please follow the return guidelines below:
Returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise are accepted for a FULL REFUND when postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery. Discounted items clearly marked as "FINAL SALE" are non-returnable.
For your convenience, we offer a return shipment service on regular priced and sale priced merchandise. Contact us at orders@poshonmain.com and reference your order number to have a pre-paid UPS Return Label emailed to you. An $8.00 fee will be deducted from your refund if the pre-paid label is used.
POSHOnMain.com does not accept exchanges or returns on worn or damaged goods without prior authorization. Goods of this nature will be returned at the owners' expense.
Return Merchandise Instructions
All merchandise must be returned to us in the same unworn condition that it was delivered. Please securely pack and seal the return item along with your receipt and packing slip in the original shipping box with the original packaging materials. Affix the pre-paid UPS Return Shipping Label to the shipping box. Take the package to any UPS Store®, UPS Drop Box or UPS Alliance Location (Office Depot or Staples). To locate the nearest UPS Drop off Center please go to UPS.com® website or call 1-800-PICK-UPS® (1-800-742-5877). (Note: A shipping box is required for all items. Footwear returns must be in the original designer shoe box and include tissue packaging and dust bags. Please do not tape receipts or attach postal labels to shoe boxes.)
Exchanges
To exchange an item within 14 days from the date of delivery, go to www.poshonmain.com to see if we have an alternate item available. Contact us at orders@poshonmain.com to let us know what you would like to exchange your item for and request a pre-paid UPS Return Label. An $8.00 fee will be deducted from your refund if the pre-paid label is used. Follow the Return Merchandise guidelines above and we will process and ship your new item once we have received your exchange package.
Refund
Upon the receipt of the returned goods, we will thoroughly assess the contents of the package. POSHOnMain.com reserves the right to deny credit, issue store credit or charge a 20% restocking fee if the merchandise does not meet the return policy guidelines. Your refund will process within 5-7 business days of receiving your merchandise. Original shipping and handling charges for returns are non-refundable. An $8.00 fee will be deducted from your refund if the pre-paid label is used.
Shipping Error
We strive to be as earnest as possible to make sure that your order is processed and shipped correctly. In the event that POSHOnMain.com ships the incorrect item or processes your order incorrectly, we will gladly correct the issue at our expense. Please contact us at orders@poshonmain.com and reference your order number.
Price Adjustment
If an item goes on sale within 14 days of purchase, POSHOnMain.com will honor a one-time price adjustment for store/internet credit only. Unfortunately, we cannot issue credit card refunds on price adjustments. To receive a price adjustment, please send an email to orders@poshonmain.com and reference the order number found on the packing slip or email confirmation. Please note that this does not include promotional codes.
