Disclosure: POSHOnMain.com had a physical store location in Bellevue, WA. Many shoes have been tried on by in-store customers; therefore the soles may show signs of contact with our floor. It is our promise to you that we only sell new, unworn merchandise.

Please Note: The chart above lists the standard shoe size conversions for women, although each designer's sizing does vary considerably. European (EURO) sizing tends to run smaller than the USA conversion. (For example: If you are normally a USA Size 8 you may need to size up to a EURO size 38.5 shoe.) Please contact us if you have any questions about sizing.
Order Processing
Orders placed Monday-Saturday before 2 PM (PT) will begin processing that day (excluding holidays) and will ship within 2 business days pending availability and credit card verification. All orders placed after 2 PM (PT) will begin processing the next business day. Remember to add 2 days processing time in addition to shipping time when calculating expected delivery date. If you need your item by a specific date please fill out the "Special Request" section at checkout or email orders@poshonmain.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Order Acknowledgment
You will receive an Order Acknowledgment confirmation via email after your order has been received. We will contact you if we need additional identification for credit verification. If you do not receive this confirmation please contact us at orders@poshonmain.com .
Item Availability
Poshonmain.com is updated every 24 hours. If we are out of stock of an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Charges to your credit card will only be processed if the item is available.
Order Status
A confirmation email will be sent to your email address to acknowledge receipt of your order. Within 2 business days, a second email will be sent from UPS QUANTUM VIEW informing you that your purchase has been shipped along with the tracking information. If you do not receive this information please contact us at orders@poshonmain.com .

Modifying/Canceling an Order
Please be advised that once an order has been placed and processed it is difficult to make modifications and cancelations. If you need to make any alterations to your order, please email us at info@poshonmain.com immediately and reference your order number. We do our best to accommodate your situation. Unfortunately, once a package has been shipped the order cannot be canceled.
Forms of Payment:
POSHOnMain.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card will be charged on the day the merchandise is processed.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will NOT be charged when shipping outside of Washington State. Applicable destination-based Washington sales tax rates will be applied to orders shipped to customers within Washington State.
